Creper machine

Function :

The machine is used for washing,removing the impurities,dewatering and creping, which not only could use several machine in a crepe sheet production line, but also could use the single machine in the rubber collection station.

Work Principle :

The power is transmitted to the movable blades on the main shaftthrough the reducer with torque increased. The movable blades andthe fixed blades break up the nature rubber, synthetic rubberandother rubber block into smaller pieces as it required for the preparationof the next process. A spray system is available in this machine. It breaks the rubber blocks and cleans the it at the same time.
